WATER JACKET CHAMBERS
The Water Jacket Incubator provides superior incubation stability above and below room temperature. Water is pumped from a water bath into the base plate and into the lid, which are both Water Jackets.Temperature is measured inside a reference Petri-dish and is controlled by circulating water from a water bath into the Water Jacket Chamber. The Temperature Controller reads the temperature in the reference well and updates the set point temperature of the water bath, ensuring a specimen temperature stability of ± 0.1°C.

TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS
The Water Jacket Incubator provides superior incubation stability above and below room temperature by circulating water inside the base and lid of the water jacket chamber. Feedback is provided by sample temperature or by chamber temperature. Selection is done via OKO-TOUCH.
Okolab offers two Temperature controllers, according to the temperature range of interest.
- H101-BASIC-BL: T range[3°C above room; 60°C]
- H101-CRYO-BL: T range[5°C; 60°C]

CO2 - O2 CONTROLLERS
The Bold Line Gas Controllers connect to the Temperature Controller via a cable-less connector and are operated through the same touch screen interface OKO-TOUCH.
CO2 and or O2 accuracy is ±0.1% with adjustable total output flow rate.
A humidity module based on a bubbling column is typically used with a Heating and Cooling System. When Humidity control with feedback is required, the Active Humidity Controller can be connected to the Bold Line Gas Controller.

CO2 - O2 MANUAL GAS MIXERS
These gas mixers employ accurate floating ball flow meters to mix gas AIR and CO2 streams. The desired gas concentration is achieved by measuring the individual flow rated prior to mixing.
For Hypoxia or Hyperoxia applications, a third flow meter if added to measure N2 or O2 flow rate.
No feedback is present on gas concentration.

HUMIDITY MODULE
The Heating and Cooling Stage Top Incubator employes a bubbling column to humidify the gas prior to the inlet inlet in the stage top chamber.
The bubbling column is immersed in the water bath and a pre-heating coil ensures thermal equilibrium between the flowing gas and the water bath.
The tube connecting the bubbling column to the stage top chamber is isolated to prevent water condensation.

- Gas is humidified by means of a bubbling column immersed in the water bath and a pre-heating coil

- Output (humid gas) is connected to the gas chamber

ACTIVE HUMIDITY CONTROLLER
Active Humidity Controller controls the Relative Humidity inside the chamber in the range 50-95% with a resolution of 1%.

- A heated tube connects the Active Humidity Controller to the Chamber
- Stand alone version (HM-ACTIVE-STANDALONE) is available to run the humidifier independently of the gas controller.
The dry gas is humidified by flowing over warm water. The Humidity sensor regulates water temperature in order to achieve the desired relative humidity in the chamber.
To prevent water condensation, the tube connecting the humidity controller to the chamber is heated.
OKO-TOUCH
OKO-TOUCH is an intuitive and user-friendly touch screen interface. It connects to any one of the Bold Line Controllers, detects all equipment in the system and displays all functions supported by the equipment detected.
OKO-TOUCH features on-board memory for data logging and mini-USB port for data download.
In addition data logging is possible via SMART-BOX (that also allows remote control), via DATA-LOG Okolab software (that also allows to set enhanced thermal/gas cycles), and via following third-party Imaging software: LASX 2.0, NIS-Elements, SlideBook, MetaMorph and MicroManager. Macro for ZEN Black software is available upon request.
It allows to:
